Returns & Exchanges
You can return this item within 30 days of delivery, and exchanges are always free.
- Returns: 30 days from the day your parcel arrives, registration by email to info@luinja.com with your order number
- Exchanges into another size or colour are free in both directions, and the replacement ships as soon as the exchange is registered, before your return arrives
- If the size or colour you want is no longer available, we refund instead
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and checking your return
- For returns with a refund (change of mind), the return shipping is paid by you; defective items and wrong deliveries are free to return

Sizing follows the US convention used across our shop. If you are between sizes or unsure which to pick, write to info@luinja.com with the product name, your order number if you have one, and your usual fit, and we will advise you. An exchange into another size is free in both directions, and the replacement ships as soon as the exchange is registered.
