Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and every purchase you make through it. Last updated: 27 August 2026. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who you are dealing with
This shop is operated under the name Luinja, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us by email at info@luinja.com; our inbox is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Luinja; "you" means the person placing the order.
2. Who may order
You may order only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, and only for delivery to an address within the United States. Orders are intended for personal use, not for resale.
3. Products, images and descriptions
We describe every product by what is visible on it: cut, neckline, closure, sleeve, visible length, visible weave and the colours available as options. Product descriptions and photos show the item as offered. Where a look is modelled on a material rather than made from it, the product name says so, for example leather-look or wool-look. Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we contact you and refund the amount in full.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). This store displays tax-inclusive prices, so the amount shown on the product page already contains any tax that applies and nothing is added on top at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free, so no delivery charge is added either. Every item is listed at its regular price; we do not run timed sales or inflated compare-at prices. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we are entitled to cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than deliver at the incorrect price.
5. How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer. The contract comes into effect when we accept the order, at the latest when we dispatch the goods and send you the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our delivery area, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
6. Payment
Six payment methods are enabled for this store: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Visa. Wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay appear depending on your device and browser. The icons displayed in the footer, in the cart and at the payment step of checkout are generated from the store's live payment settings and are the authoritative list. Your payment method is charged when you place the order. Card details are handled exclusively by the payment processors within the encrypted checkout; we never see or store your full card number. 7. Delivery
We deliver within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking on every parcel. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and take 5-8 business days in transit, a usual total of 6 to 10 business days. The cut-off for same-day processing is 2:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time) on a business day. Full details, including the rules for delays, lost and damaged parcels, are set out in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges into another size or colour are free in both directions, and the replacement ships as soon as the exchange is registered. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and checking your return. If an item arrives defective or you receive a wrong delivery, we cover the return costs and arrange a replacement or a refund. The warranty disclaimers in section 11 of these terms do not apply to your rights under that policy for defective goods: for defects notified to us, we provide the remedies described there.
9. Your account and your conduct
You may browse and order without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the website, not to attempt unauthorised access, not to interfere with its operation, and not to use automated tools to extract data or place orders.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including product photography, text, logos and page design, is protected by copyright and other rights. You may not reproduce, redistribute or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing links to our pages is always welcome.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement with regard to the operation of the website itself. This section does not limit our obligations for the goods you have bought: those are governed by our returns policy for defects and wrong deliveries and by your statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected throughout these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, strikes, power or network failures, public authority action or public health events. In such cases we will inform you and fulfil or refund your order as soon as reasonably possible.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United States and of the US state in which the seller stated in section 1 is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts competent for that location have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings at your place of residence.
16. Severability and changes
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
